A mesmerizing mix of lights from sky and windows glances off a chilly Utah pond, backlighting two wooden skiffs. High and dry, the boats may await retriever duty when the ducks fly by! Streaks of golden color in the silvery sky give a mysterious glow and a hint of warmth that breaks the wintry spell. A lot of folks yearn to spend their retirement years in a peaceful place like this, or so I hear.
