Gazing out his window is Paris, Alexei decided to recreate his first window scene, "A Room with a View." The artist has selected mementos from his past and using the sculpture of Nefertiti as his center piece, has created a work that exposes the roots of our past. The candle gently flickers across the manuscripts and puts a soft glow on the sculpture. The pocket watch resting on the stack of worn books reminds us that time has stood still for a "Treasured Past."
