Butirskiy loves Amsterdam and has again returned to capture a "Silent Dawn." The artist rose early this morning as the sun was just beginning to rise over the city. The sun's rays break through the patchwork sky to announce the beginning of a new day. The light inside the barge begins to glow and the aroma of fresh coffee fills the air. Off in the distance, a church bell can be heard, signaling a wake up call to all and breaking the "Silent Dawn."
