Personal Update:

I hope you're having a great new year. We are getting settled into our new home in Naples, Florida, and everything is falling into place.
Our life style has changed somewhat with the edition of my elderly Mother-in-law residing under our roof.
Nevertheless, the move is working out for the three of us.

Internet Business

We are continuing our search for a brick-and-mortar location for Piccadilly's, but conducting business over the Internet has really worked out for everyone.
Internet sales have never been better.

Our website, www.piccadillys.com will be celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. That's a remarkable achievement considering that in 1996, I didn't even know what a website was.

For those of you who would never consider purchasing a work of artwork without seeing it first hand, I completely understand your position.
I feel as strongly about that as you do.
With that position in mind, I approached the challenge to do everything I can do to make your decision smooth and seamless for you.

For example, as part of the internet service to you, you will receive high resolution image files of those titles you are most interested in.
These image files will give you the opportunity to get a much better look at a particular piece compared to the size limitations we have on the website.

Second, you can send me photos of the room and wall where your favorite piece of artwork will hang.
Thanks to Photoshop technology, I can Photoshop your favorite artwork onto your photos as a “preview” to show you how it will look, even before the piece has been ordered. Your photos also provide me with the opportunity to make framing suggestions so that you and I can select the perfect frame for your home.

And speaking of framing, since I have not established a relationship with the local framer here in Naples, I ship everything rolled and in a tube....exactly the way the artist sends his work to me. By shipping with this method, it completely eliminates any possibilities of damage to the frame and gives you the opportunity to go to your local framer and personally select the frame for your work.

You can even show them my framing suggestions to see if they can replicate the presentation if you like.

I will even research local framers in your ZIP Code to find out the best qualified framers to complete our project.
This is basically a win, win, win for you, the local framer and me.

Plus, it always saves you money.
